| Crusader is a unique classic yacht with a hull of Carval Pitch Pine on Oak. Long keeled and seaworthy. The large wheelhouse / cockpit is partly enclosed and can be completely sealed off from the elements with a canvas cover. The saloon has full standing headroom. Two cabins, each with two berth are located in the foc’sle and aft of the cockpit. Despite her old age she is equipped with radar, autopilot, and a waste water tank amongst others. A reliable Perkins engine provides thrust. Lots of maintenance done in 2007 and 2008, and new equipment has been added. All hoses and pumps are replaced and checked in 2007. New masts were fitted in 2002. Safety equipment includes a new life raft, life jackets and fire extinguishers. Crusader comes with lots of spares and tools, and a dinghy with a 9HP outboard engine. This beautiful classic wooden vessel is looking for a new, caring owner. |
